Shipping & Returns
In most cases your order will be shipped out on the same day that it was placed if that order has been placed on a Monday - Friday before 3PM eastern time. Otherwise your order will ship on the next (non-holiday) business day. Most orders placed on this website are shipped directly out of the manufacturers distribution centers. Once placed, an order cannot be changed or canceled. Please choose carefully! Ground shipping should reach any valid US address within 5 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Tracking numbers will be posted within 24 hours of the shipment. The rate charged for the shipping of your order will be at our cost and is based on the weight of your products and your ZIP code location. Consolidated CD-ROM, Inc reserves the right to cancel any order if necessary. We currently cannot ship to PO or APO/FPO box Addresses. Free shipping is a ground service and cannot be given to orders being shipped outside of the continental US. For International orders, please contact us directly for information regarding shipping and payment. Consolidated CD-ROM, Inc reserves the right to use any carrier other than the one shown or chosen during your checkout process. We generally ship by either FedEx or UPS whichever carrier provides the shortest delivery time or best service to your location.

Consolidated CD-ROM, Inc will provide a limited money back guarantee that all products purchased will be shipped on time, and will arrive in “as shipped”, working condition, free of any hardware defects pursuant to advertised manufacturer specifications (software issues are expressly excluded from this limited warranty). The original manufacturer's warranty applies to all items. If damages have occurred in transit we must be informed within 24 hrs of receipt of the package so that an insurance claim can be placed with the shipping company. If you would like to return an item, Consolidated CD-ROM, Inc. must receive notice of your intention to return from the customer within 14 days of customer’s receipt of product(s) and must receive the returned product within 30 days of invoicing.
Tech support and warranty repair services are provided by the original manufacturer.
For returns, a return authorization would be required (RMA) and must be obtained by calling 215.343.3452 or by emailing a request to email@example.com. Returns must be received no later than 30 days from your invoice date. All returns must be in original resalable condition. There must not be any physical damage due to abuse or improper use. Your return must include all original product packaging including, but not limited to, original box with protective inserts, AC adapter, battery, manuals, and UPC code. Any passwords must be removed. Please do not write on the original box. We carry new, recertified and refurbished computers. Please read the full product descriptions and choose carefully. Consolidated CD-ROM, Inc reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returns of non defective merchandise. Shipping is non refundable in such cases. If you have received free shipping the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Consolidated CD-ROM, Inc shall not be held responsible for damage or loss of any kind due to use of product purchased from us. Our maximum liability to you is the amount that you paid for the product.
